We have reached substantial completion for the 3rd Ave S and S Main St project! Neighbors and passersby may see some of our crew members in the area wrapping up a few finishing touches, but we don't expect any major restrictions or impacts. Thank you, Pioneer Square, for your patience while we delivered this project!

Come join us during the Pioneer Square Art Walk tomorrow (August 7) to celebrate the completion of our project. From 5 to 7pm, stop by the the new bus shelter to say hello, see photos of what this section of 3rd Ave looked like before our work, do some sidewalk art, and grab a quick bite courtesy of Saigon Drip Cafe. We can’t wait to see you there! Check out the photos below to see what we’ve accomplished.
