Car Share Permits
Car Sharing is a practice where people become members in an organization that owns a fleet of cars, which members can then use under the terms of their membership. Car share permits are only available to approved companies.
In Seattle, there are two types of Car Share Programs:

Allows permitted vehicles to park at any legal paid parking space in the City without paying at a pay station, to park without regard to time limits in on-street time-limited spaces, and to park in any restricted parking zone (RPZ) without regard to time limits in the zone which members use through a reservation system.
