What's happening now?

Crews have started installing new curb ramps at 25th Ave SW and SW Cambridge St. Work is expected to last about four weeks, depending on weather conditions.

About the Project 

The intersection of 26th Ave SW and SW Cambridge St located in the South Delridge and Roxhill neighborhoods. Plays an important role in the community. SW Cambridge St provides access to Roxhill Park, and it is also a bus stop area for Roxhill Elementary students. The project will include the following improvements: 

  • New curb ramps and paint and post bulbs at 26th Ave SW and SW Cambridge St
  • New curb ramps at 25th Ave SW and SW Cambridge St

Project Background

This is one of nine Neighborhood Street Fund projects requested by community and selected by the Levy to Move Seattle Oversight Committee. Neighborhood Street Fund is a city program, running on 3-year cycles, that enables neighbors to propose and help prioritize transportation-related projects that are then built by the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT).
