Easy Loop: A free downtown shuttle

Easy Loop logo

What is the Easy Loop?

The Easy Loop is a no-cost, ticket-free shuttle connecting riders to and between various downtown health and human service providers. Designed to help riders more easily get to multiple resources, the Easy Loop is small in size, and offers a welcoming, comfortable ride with a friendly driver.

Background & History

The Easy Loop (formerly known as the Circulator) began in 2012 when Seattle’s Downtown Ride Free Area ended. The Easy Loop was created to reduce the impact of ending the ride free zone for low- and no-income individuals and individuals with disabilities who need to access health and human service providers in and around downtown Seattle.

Who is it for?

All riders are welcome on the shuttle, which is ADA accessible. There are no eligibility requirements, and you do not need a ticket to ride.

Where and When Does the Easy Loop Go?

The Easy Loop circulates downtown around a 7-stop route from 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday. From the Seattle Public Library to Harborview to Mary’s Place and more, the Easy Loop makes it easier for people seeking services to get to them.

You can find our detailed route map and list of Easy Loop accessible service providers below.
