About

Meadowbrook Teen Life Center (MBTLC) opened in 1996 and offers free drop-in programs for youth age 13-19, including After School and Late Night programs.

MBTLC offers a space for teens during after-school, summer, and Late-Night hours.

MBTLC's program offerings include mentorship, job readiness, youth employment, academic support, recreation enrichment, and field trips.

Meadowbrook TLC is located on the campus of Nathan Hale High School, and adjacent to Jane Addams Middle School, Meadowbrook Community Center and Meadowbrook Pool, providing a thriving hub of activities and opportunity for youth in Northeast Seattle.

Participant Forms

Participant E-13 Form is encouraged for all participants, but not required for on-site drop-in programming. E-13 is required for Teen Swims, off-site field trips, internships, or to opt-out of photo model consent.
