<p><em>**Where a participant entry fee for tournaments or a fee for lessons is charged, 10% of gross receipts is to be paid to the Department in addition to the charges noted below. All persons who instruct tennis for a fee on Department courts must schedule according to court availability with the Amy Yee Tennis Center, obtain the appropriate permit and pay the required fees. They must also successfully complete the Department's Tennis Instructor's Certification program and show proof of certification before a permit will be issued.</em></p>

<h4>How to Reserve a Tennis Court:</h4>
<p>Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may reserve your court in one of 3 ways:</p>

<p style="font-size: 16px;">*Amy Yee Tennis Center staff are available to assist with reservations from 9:10am until closing daily.</p>
<h4>Using Your Reservation:</h4>
<p>Come to the court at your assigned time. Players must bring proof of their paid permit when at their court. Permit holders must vacate their court at the end of their rental period if others are waiting.</p>
<p>Players are responsible for bringing their own rackets and balls.</p>
<p>Private Lesson reservations are for community-based instructors who wish to teach on our outdoor courts, paid to the City by the instructor. Players who register for a Private Lesson slot will <span style="text-decoration: underline;">not</span> be assigned an instructor. </p>
<h4>Cancellations and Changes:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Customer-initiated cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the reservation. </li>
<li>Cancellations due to rain are eligible for a refund of court fees. Permitholders must contact Amy Yee Tennis Center within 24 hours.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Notes to Pickleball players:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Pickleball is only allowed on courts striped for pickleball. Please do not play pickleball on tennis courts not striped for pickleball.</li>
<li>Pickleball-only courts are drop-in only and may not be reserved.
