About

Located in West Seattle adjacent to the Walt Hundley Playfield and the High Point residential neighborhood, High Point Community Center has a great view of the neighborhood and downtown Seattle.

Remodeled in 2006, the community center has a full size multipurpose room with a commercial-grade kitchen on the south side of the building. The center also has classrooms to accommodate school-age care and pre-school programs. The community center has a full-size gym with limited seating for spectators. Outdoor amenities include playfields, tennis courts and a new children's play area that opened in early 2019.

The center offers programs, activities and events for nearly any age group including gym time, sports and music for toddlers, dance and ballet classes for kids, a late night program for teens, and programs for adults such as yoga, sewing, Zumba and tae kwon do.
