Lincoln High School Sports Field and Track at Woodland Park

Lincoln High School in Wallingford is working to secure an offsite location for an athletic field and track. There is not room to add a track or athletic field on the Lincoln High School campus, so Seattle Public Schools has been looking for alternative locations. Funding for a track and athletic field is included in Seattle Public Schools’ voter-approved Buildings, Technology, and Athletics/Academics Capital Levy (BTA V) that was passed in 2022.

Seattle Parks and Recreation is a close partner to Seattle Public Schools. SPS has been leading the search to identify potential locations for the track and the full-size athletic field in collaboration with SPR. Our collaboration will continue during design and construction processes.
