We have a variety of adult sports programming. To learn more about each. click on the link below. We also have boating centers, the Amy Yee Tennis Center, the Northwest Senior Games, and a variety of community organizations we work with for leagues and games.

Adult Drop in Basketball

Adult Coed Volleyball

Spring Coed 6's volleyball is here! The season starts early April and runs until mid-June. Teams are guaranteed 10 regular season games with the top 4 teams making playoffs. Games will be played Sunday afternoons at Garfield or Rainier Community Center based on the division. (Playoffs will be at Garfield C.C.). Softball Leagues

Seattle Parks and Recreation offers the best quality leagues in the city. Adult players and teams can choose from 25 different leagues, including co-ed, men's and women's leagues. Let's play ball!

Registration for returning teams begins Thursday, February 1, 2018. Please note, half of your 2017 roster must return to be considered a returning team. Teams have until Monday, March 5 to let us know that they are returning.

Registration for new teams begins Monday, March 12, 2018. To be placed on a league's waiting list, contact Jayson Powell, adult sports program coordinator, at 206-684-7092 or at jayson.powell@seattle.gov. If an opening becomes available in a league, teams will be placed from this list, in order of when the team's captains called or emailed.

8v8 Metro Men's Sprint League

Seattle Parks and Recreation, with support from Northwest Flag Football, is offering a spring "sprint" flag football league. 

  • The season starts Sunday, April 8th and ends early May. 
  • Teams are guaranteed at least 4 regular games with the all teams making a one-day playoff. 
  • Games will be played at both north and south playfield locations.
  • The league fee is $500 per team.

Women's Flag Football Skills Clinics

Seattle Parks and Recreation is partnering with Northwest Flag Football and offering a 2 FREE skills clinics and practice sessions lead by Northwest Flag Football. The first clinic on March 18 will focus on quarterback skill development.  The second clinic on March 25 will focus on Offensive and Defensive drills and skills for 5on5 - semi contact w/blocking. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in. Open to all women and all skills levels. Beginners are encouraged to attend. No experience necessary. Roller Derby

Seattle Roller Derby will return in April! This training program is for all skill levels and includes roller derby training with the possibility of forming teams. Pickleball Tournaments

Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles Tournament

Grab a partner and your paddle. Adult Sport is hosting a Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles Tournament on April 7, 2018, there will be a men's division and a women's division.  All Matches will be held at Rainier Community Center. Matches are played with the best 2 out of three games to 11 points. Lawn bowling

Bowl outdoors for mental and physical well-being. Keep active - walk, bend, stretch, and roll bowls on wonderful, manicured greens. Good fellowship accompanies games. Come and learn about this fascinating game and try it for fun! Be sure to wear flat-soled shoes. Bowls provided at the Club House. Sign-up, call in, or drop by.
