Madrona Playground Play Area Renovation

Spring 2023

This project will replace the play equipment and redesign or repurpose the sand box area to allow more space for play equipment. Pathway paving will be selectively replaced to ensure an accessible route to and through the play area. This project will also include a design to provide cover for the stage.

The play area will be closed throughout construction

The Seattle Park District provides $550,000 for planning, design, and construction.
