Meadowbrook Pool Schedule

Meadoowbrook Pool re-opened Monday, October 18.  The schedule below reflects hours and details of operation through November 6. Programs are subject to change. Beginning, Monday, October 25, proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours will be required for anyone over 12 years old.

Adult and Senior Swim
for ages 18 and up
Mon- Sat 12:00 - 2:00pm This is a recreational lap swim period for adults 18 years and older. There is an open area for water walking or exercise and 3 Lap Lanes.  
Deep Water Exercise Mon/Wed/Fri  11:00 - 12:00pm This deep water class uses specially designed buoyancy and resistance equipment that provides a demanding workout for the whole body.  Tone and strengthen your muscles without impact on your joints, recover from an injury, and increase your endurance. Great music keeps you working hard!   
On-Your-Own Water Walk and Jog    Fridays 11:00 - 12:00pm 
Full Pool
Work on strength, balance and flexibility at your own pace with this open time to connect or re-connect with water fitness.     
Lap Swim
3 to 6 lanes
Tue/Thurs 6:00 - 7:00am
(4 lanes)
This program is designed for swimmers of all speeds, and those who want to work on conditioning. EMLS requires  a quick card or exact change for admission

   Saturday  8:00 - 9:30am (6 lanes)  
Youth Masters Tue/Thur  6:30- 7:30pm (3 Lanes) This coached workout is designed for youth looking for a lap swimming focused training program. Youth Masters can taken to receive PE credit. Consult with your school for instructions.
Pool Playland Mon/Wed/Fri   4:00 - 5:30pm  Full Pool This is a recreational swim for swimmers of all ages. Children under 6, and those who do not meet our height requirement of 4 feet, must be accompanied into the water by an adult 18 years or older.  
   Tue/Thur    2:00 -3:30pm  Half Pool    
   Saturday 10:30 - 12:00pm    
   Saturday  2:00 - 4:00pm  
Aqua Gym Mon/Wed/Fri 5:30 - 7:00pm Up to 3 lap lanes provided for Easy, Medium and Fast  swimmers with the rest of the pool open for other water fitness.
Shallow Water Exercise Tue/Thur  11:00 - 12:00pm A water exercise class designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. It takes advantage of your buoyancy in the water and the resistance the water creates. This is a terrific exercise program regardless of your age or fitness abilities, and it allows you to exercise at your own comfort level.
