Bike Maintenance at City Hall Park

The Bike Mobile truck heads to City Hall Park at 400 3rd Ave to provide free to low cost bike maintanence and bicycles.

Dates: March 5 (1-3pm), April 2, April 16, May 7, May 21, June 4, June 18, July 2, July 16, August 6, August 20, September 3, September 17, October 1, October 15, November 5 (1-3pm), December 3 (1-3pm).

Busker Series

Enjoy lunchtime music in the park! Bistro furniture is available at all listed locations for comfortable dining and relaxing.

*subject to rain-out cancellation for most locations

Ballard Commons: daily, 12-2pm
Hing Hay Park: daily, 12-2pm
Pioneer Square Park: daily, 12-4pm
City Hall Park: Monday-Friday, 12-4pm
Denny Park: Tuesday-Saturday, 12-1pm
Freeway Park: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12-2pm

Interested in Busking in Seattle Parks?

Auditions to join the Busker program for the 2024/2025 season are occurring this Spring!

Program Overview:

  • Provide activation in parks by performing music, magic, juggling, etc.!
  • Performance locations in City Hall Park, Pioneer Square Park, Hing Hay Park, Denny Park, Freeway Park, Ballard Commons and Cal Anderson Park and at special events in other parks throughout the city
  • Most performances are 12-2pm and 2-4pm, with 4-6pm performances at City Hall Park in the Summer
  • Two-hour performance slots with $50 compensation per slot plus any tips received
  • If desired, sell merchandise with normal parks fees waived

Requirements:

  • Play two-hours of music/performance without repeating songs
  • Understand copyright laws relating to Busking
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Complete audition

Please email philip.craft@seattle.gov by April 15, 2024 to sign up for auditions.

All contacts after April 15 regarding auditions will need to follow up in January 2025 for the 2025/2026 season.
