Standard Specifications & Plans
The City of Seattle’s “Plans and Specs,” as they are often called, apply whenever any public or private construction is performed in the City of Seattle’s Right of Way and are referenced in SDOT Street Use Permits. These Construction Standards also serve as the primary contract documents for public works construction contracts for the City of Seattle.
