Restricted Parking Zone Program (RPZ): Zone 21 Capitol Hill/First Hill

Please note, the map below may not reflect the latest updates to the zone. To confirm eligibility and specific parking sign locations, please refer to the Seattle Parking Map for the most current information. RPZ permit parking is only allowed on blocks with RPZ signs. Please always obey posted signage.

Permit holders are exempt from pay station parking fees in some areas. For more detail on parking in Zone 21 please see this Parking Guide.

When is the Zone in Effect? 
Check Signs.
In unpaid parking areas, Daily 7 AM – 10 PM or Monday-Saturday 7 AM – 6 PM.
In paid parking areas, RPZ hours match paid parking hours, Monday-Saturday 8 AM – 8 PM or 8 AM – 6 PM.
