Missed Collection

Missed Collections should be reported after 6:00 pm on your collection day, and within two business days of the Missed Collection.

  • Use this form to report missed collections for carts and dumpsters.
  • Do not use this form if you have received any collection exceptions noted by the hauler. All accounts will be reviewed for exceptions noted an you will be notified on how to address it.
  • Your collection will be rescheduled for pickup within 24 hours after receiving the report.
  • Do not use this form if the hauler notified you there was something wrong with your pickup.
  • Missed collections are reviewed to determine cause and solution. If the cause is customer error, a fee may be assessed for future special collections.
