Model Notice of Rights

OLS encourages households and businesses to provide workers notice about the rights afforded by the Domestic Workers Ordinance. A model notice is available in English and 32 other languages so businesses and households can provide this information in the language(s) that the worker is most comfortable reading or speaking. If you don’t see a language, please reach out to us and we can look into translating it.

This notice includes critical information to ensure worker and business or household has a clear understanding of the minimum protections of the law and their work arrangement.
