Our Services

Our private and free services include:

  • Labor Standards investigations to enforce Seattle's Labor Standards Ordinances. 
  • Outreach and education to workers and businesses.
  • Compliance assistance for businesses.
  • Resources and referrals.

Language interpretation, translations and accommodations are available.

Currently, due to the health crisis, the Office of Labor Standards will provide Workplace Posters in English and several other languages for pick up at our office at 810 Third Avenue, Suite 375 in downtown Seattle by appointment only. Please call (206) 256-5297 or email laborstandards@seattle.gov. Workplace posters are typically available at the Seattle Customer Service Centers throughout the City howeve, they are also temporarily closed.
