Seattle Human Resources believes in the power of proactive health for a thriving and resilient workforce. We are committed to an intentional approach that empowers individuals to take charge of their well-being.  

With the Proactive Well-being Initiative for 2024, we aim to: 

  • Embrace a whole-person holistic approach that contributes to personal and professional well-being for a vibrant workforce. 
  • Build a population of savvy healthcare consumers who maximize their benefits through preventive care, PCP relationships, early detections, and managing conditions.
  • Encourage engagement with benefits and programs – Advocacy and navigation support, Hinge Health, Mental Health Benefits, Expert Medical Opinion, learning resources, and more.

    Accolade Advocacy Services* – Prevention & Finding Care 

    Accolade Health Assistants are a helpful resource in finding in-network care when you need it. Proactive health might mean scheduling your preventive screenings, making an appointment with a mental health provider or staying on top of your medications. Whatever it means for you, Accolade is available to make navigating healthcare easier.
