Track Your Tap Application

The Taps Tracker begins tracking project status after the water services invoice has been paid.

The Tentative Schedule Date is populated with a date approximately four weeks prior to installation. This date is subject to change depending on site readiness and final coordination with SPU Crews and the onsite contractor. After the applicable permitting agency (SDOT, Shoreline, etc.) issues the Right of Way Application Permit, there will be no updates in the Taps Tracker until the project gets scheduled.

To see your project’s Tentative Schedule Date, enter your exact SPU project address or water services invoice number and scroll to the right.

If you have any questions about how to use or read the Taps Tracker, please contact the Development Services Office: spu_dso@seattle.gov, (206) 684-3333, or contact your project coordinator directly.
