Payment Plans & Bill Assistance

Seattle City Light knows the COVID-19 pandemic has made it harder for some of our customers to afford essential electricity services. We're here to help. City Light has flexible payment plans available to all customers. For income-eligible residential customers, we have bill assistance programs available, including the Utility Discount Program and emergency bill assistance.
