Stormwater Management Plan
Federally required plans are part of our work to protect stormwater quality. The City of Seattle Stormwater Management Plan complies with the Washington State Department of Ecology issued 2024 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase I Municipal Stormwater Permit. The Plan:
- Protect water quality
- Reduces the discharge of pollutants
- Satisfies requirements of the Clean Water Act
- Meets state requirements
