Seattle Public Utilities Contact Center hours and facility closures
- Seattle Public Utilities' Contact Center is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Call (206) 684-3000 for customer service.
- Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area reopened June 11 with limited use and parking. Rattlesnake Ledge Trail (hiking) remains closed.
- The engineering records vault and walk-up window, both located at 700 5th Avenue, transfer station viewing rooms, the Cedar River Watershed Education Center in North Bend, and Development Services Office Walk-in Service Center also remain closed.
- The North and South Transfer Stations are open 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 7 days a week. To reduce the potential spread of COVID-19, please visit for essential trips only. (For complete details, visit our blog post.)
