Stormwater Management Plan

The City of Seattle Stormwater Management Plan was developed for compliance with the Ecology issued 2013 NPDES Phase I Municipal Stormwater Permit and is designed to:

  • Protect water quality
  • Reduce the discharge of pollutants to the “maximum extent practicable”
  • Satisfy appropriate requirements of the Clean Water Act
  • Meet state requirements to use all known, available, and reasonable methods to prevent and control pollution to waters of the state

The documents below contain the City of Seattle's 2018 Annual Report and attachments, including the 2019 Stormwater Management Plan, for compliance with the Permit.
