Hands-Only CPR Training

Hands-Only CPR Training

We often host hands-only CPR courses at various locations in the community, and will post details here for courses open to general public.

You can save a life by learning how to perform Hands-Only CPR. These courses are taught by a certified instructor who will guide you through the proper techniques of hands-only CPR on a manikin. The classes are free, but space is limited. Class length is approximately one hour. When a class becomes available, please register by calliing (206) 684-7274 or emailing Medic2@seattle.gov.

Note: This is not a certified CPR (AED) course.
