The Community Resource Center is a place where those in need can access and receive referrals for social services and community support.

Service Referral Form

Fill out the above form to request assistance from the Community Resource Center. A staff member will contact you within 5 to 7 business days after you submit your request. Call us at 206- 684-9291 if you need assistance sooner. 

Onsite Provider Schedule

Daily (Monday - Friday)

CRC Services (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM): Bus tickets, emergency food bags, hygiene kits, clothing, service provider referrals

Monday

• King County Public Health (9 AM to Noon): Basic Food, ORCA Lift Card, DSHS application assistance, health coverage
• Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM): DSHS food, cash & medical for low-income individuals

Tuesday

• Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM): DSHS food, cash & medical for low-income individuals

Wednesday

• King County Public Health (9 AM to Noon): Basic Food, ORCA Lift Card, DSHS application assistance, health coverage
• Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM): DSHS food, cash & medical for low-income individuals

Thursday

• Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM): DSHS food, cash & medical for low-income individuals

Friday
