Payment Plan Application

The Court allows people to pay fines and fees over time in monthly payment plans. Standard payment plans are at least $50 monthly, usually for up to two years. If you are receiving or eligible for government financial assistance, you may be able to get a monthly payment as low as $25 and pay over three years to complete your plan, or work at an approved charitable organization instead of paying. 

The Court is now accepting online applications for payment plans and community service plans. To apply, complete the form below. For payment plans, you must pay at least $25** monthly to apply online. There is a $10 administrative fee to set up any payment plan that includes non-criminal obligations. (For example, traffic, non-traffic, parking, traffic camera citations). There is no fee for community service plans.

If you are requesting community service: The web form below has not yet been updated to include community service plans. The Court cannot change the web form on short notice, but we are offering online community service plan requests immediately because of the Covid-19 public health emergency. To request community service using the form below, you must select the $25-49 payment option, then enter "0" as your preferred monthly payment amount. You must also provide proof of government assistance in a separate email, as described below.

If your payment plan request is approved, we will email (or mail, based on your preference) a copy of the plan agreement, which includes a payment schedule. Your first payment will be due 30 days from the agreement date. If your community service plan is approved, we will send you a list of agencies to choose from and a timesheet for the agency to record your hours and sign. You will haved at least 30 days to complete your hours, with more time if your plan is for more than 15 hours.

Common reasons a payment plan request may be denied:

  • The case/citation was on a previous plan that you failed to complete.
  • The monthly amount you asked for would take too long to pay your account in full.
  • The case/ticket is in collections.
