COVID-19 Resources Update:

The Community Resource Center is closed to the public through April 24, under the court's emergency limited closure. Below, we are listing resources that you can access during this COVID-19 public health crisis. 

Food, Cash and Medical Assistance-DSHS

DSHS's Community Service Offices are strongly encouraging the public to do business online or over the phone: 1-877-501-2233

  • Phone services are available from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Hours for interviews are 8 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday

By calling 1-877-501-2233, you can:

  • Get information and report changes about any of your benefits
  • Apply for child care
  • Before 3 pm: Complete your interview for cash or food (application/eligibility review/mid-certification review)
  • Complete your review for child care or medical
  • Request an EBT Replacement Card
  • Access the automated system 24 hours a day
