Respond Online

You will need the juror badge number located on your jury summons. If you have trouble logging in or need further assistance, contact the Jury Coordinator.

Respond By Mail

Return the completed summons within ten (10) days of receipt. Please use the return envelope provided.

Need to Reschedule?

If you need to reschedule, please complete the online reschedule request form. Reschedule requests must be made no later than seven (7) days before the jury service date.

Court policy permits one (1) reschedule request. Additional requests require the approval of the Jury Judge. Please contact the Jury Coordinator if you have previously rescheduled your jury service.

After completing your online reschedule request, you will not receive a confirmation letter from the court. The online home page will reflect the change once submitted. A new jury summons will be mailed to you four (4) to six (6) weeks prior to your new service date. We recommend marking your new service dates on your calendar.

If you have made an additional reschedule request, you will receive a response within five (5) working days. If you do not receive a response after five (5) working days, please contact the Jury Coordinator.

Request an Exemption

Exemption requests may be submitted online or by mail. No request will be processed within seven (7) days of your service date.

If you are unable to serve due to a physical, mental or sensory condition, please submit a letter from your physician or medical provider at least seven (7) days prior to your service.

If you are unable to serve due to undue hardship, please submit a letter at least seven (7) days prior to your service explaining your undue hardship. Work-related exemptions require a letter from your employer.

If you request an exemption online, you have seven (7) days to mail, fax or email your employer, physician, or undue hardship letter to the Court.

You will receive a response to your request for an exemption/disqualification/hardship request within five (5) working days.

If you do not receive a response to your exemption request after five (5) working days, please contact the Jury Coordinator.

Request An Accommodation

If you have a disability that requires special accommodations, please contact the Jury Coordinator.
