The summons contains important information about your service. It has your juror number, service dates and important information you must provide to court.
You may respond to your summons either online or by mailing it back to us.
Disabilities: If you have any disabilities that require accommodation, please call (206) 684-5688 immediately.
If you are unable to serve due to a physical, mental or sensory condition, please submit a letter from your physician no less than ten (10) days before date of service.
Undue Hardship: Send a letter at least ten (10) days prior to your service explaining your undue hardship. Work related exemptions require a letter from your employer.
You may request an exemption by mail (see address below) or online.

If you request the exemption online, you have 10 days to mail, fax or email as an attachment, the employer or physican's letter to the court.
