Seattle Municipal Court is more than parking tickets. We offer many services and programs to help our customers.

Public Information

Collections		Seattle Veterans Treatment Court		Court Resource Center
If you fail to pay or respond to a ticket, it may be referred to our collection agency to obtain payment. Visit our collections page for more information.		The VTC is a voluntary court-monitored long-term therapeutic treatment program that addresses the mental health and or substance abuse issues of the veteran defendant.		The Resource Center is a dedicated resource physically operating in the Seattle Justice Center to facilitate on-site delivery of social services and treatment programs to defendants and the community.

Seattle Community Court		Domestic Violence		Electronic Home Monitoring
Seattle Community Court is a community involved justice initiative that provides a nontraditional approach to address traditional problems.		Are you a victim of domestic violence? Our domestic violence page provides you with information you need.		Electronic Home Monitoring is part of the Court's Alternatives to Confinement project that provides graduated sentencing options.

Mental Health Court		Probation Services Division		Stolen/False identity and SMC
The Mental Health Court (MHC) is a dedicated court, with an assigned presiding judge, mental health professional and probation staff with mental health expertise, prosecutor and public defender.		The Probation Services Division is committed to protecting the public interest and safety by reducing the incidence and impact of crime by probationers.		If you find that you have Seattle Municipal Court charges pending as a result of having your identity stolen, we have provided this information page for you.

Expungement Process		Vacate A Record		Re-licensing
There is no legal authority allowing courts to expunge or destroy court records through the expungement process. Click here for additional information.		If you were found guilty and the Court determines you meet certain conditions and orders, the court may set aside the conviction, dismiss the case and vacate the judgment and sentence.		Driver's License Suspended? Our Re-licensing process helps clients obtain and keep a valid driver's license.
