Whether you need a benefit estimate, an appointment with a retirement specialist, need paperwork notarized, or just have a question, we are here to help.

SCERS's customer service hours will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  If you have questions, need paperwork notarized, or have paperwork to drop off, feel free to come by during our customer service hours.  The Pacific Building front doors will be unlocked during this time frame.  If you need to access the office outside of our service window hours, building security can let you in the building.  Their phone number is posted on the front door of the building.  Please note that we have limited staffing on Mondays and Fridays so our service window may not be open.
