K-12 Mental Health Advisor
DEEL is committed to eliminating opportunity gaps, advancing academic achievement, and ensuring students graduate prepared for a college and career path of their choice. We are looking for a K-12 Mental Health Advisor who will realize measurable outcomes for a portfolio of investments designed to expand youth mental health services for youth in middle and high school through age 24. In this role, you will prioritize culturally specific and responsive (CSR) approaches for BIPOC youth and provide students with a continuum of support services grounded in research on effective strategies for improving youth mental health. Participating youth should experience reduced rates of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress, strengthened mental health protective factors, and mitigated risk factors. This position will be an integral member of the K12 and Postsecondary Division team and will report to the Strategy & Engagement Manager.
