Bailiff -- On-Call
The On-Call Bailiff provides administrative support; makes decisions in accordance with laws, court policies, and procedures; maintains order, and assists to facilitate the smooth functioning of the courtroom.
To qualify for this opportunity the candidate must be at least 21 years old at the time hire, have a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent, and one year of in-person customer service experience which involved, communicating effectively, exercising sound judgment, utilizing a computer, and working independently in a high pressure environment.
The candidate must be willing and able to work a minimum of a four-hour shift on Mondays, Fridays, and provide rotational coverage for Saturday shifts at the Seattle Justice Center and King County Jail.
