    Personal Recognizance Screener

    Seattle Municipal Court has an opening for a Personal Recognizance Screener.

    This is a full-time position that will focus on the day reporting, first-shift assignment at the Seattle Municipal Court. This position will also be trained to cover over PR Screener assignments at the Court like urinalysis and defense screenings; or work day or graveyard shifts at the King County Jail conducting in-custody personal recognizance screening.

    On-Call Bailiff

    Seattle Municipal Court's Public Services Contact Center has an opening for an on-call Bailiff.

    The on-Call Bailiff provides administrative support; makes decisions in accordance with laws, court policies, and procedures; maintains order, and assists to facilitate the smooth functioning of the courtroom. The Court aims to hire those who are committed to being professional, respectful, and impartial when addressing courtroom proceedings; thereby, ensuring the publics trust and confidence in the judicial system.
