Municipal Court Marshal
The Seattle Municipal Court is currently accepting applications for a full-time Court Marshal. The most qualified candidates will have successfully completed a criminal justice or corrections academy and worked as a law enforcement or corrections for three years. This position reports to Sergeant Elisa Sansalone and Chief Ron Pace. This is great opportunity to work the day shift within law enforcement as well as being part of a well-respected team. Probation Counselor I
The City of Seattle's Municipal Court is accepting online applications for the Probation Counselor I position. Earn: Starting pay is $31.75 per hour. Responsibilities: Maintain caseload of probationers with offense types such as DUI, Negligent Driving, Assault, and Domestic Violence; monitor probationers with a wide variety of problems to ensure compliance with Court-ordered conditions; conduct pre and post-sentence investigation interviews and evaluations of defendants charged with misdemeanor offenses; and work actively towards the integration of the probationer into the community using community resources.
