Average Monthly Billing Plan

Budget Billing is a monthly billing plan that allows you to spread your energy costs evenly throughout the year so you can plan and budget accordingly.

Consider this option if:

  • You’re a residential or small business customer
  • You have a City Light billing history at your current address for the past 12 months
  • You currently have a zero balance on your account
  • Your monthly bill fluctuates significantly due to seasonal highs and lows

Short Term Payment Plan

You may be able to set up a short term Payment Plan if you are unable to pay your bill in full by the due date.

Consider this option if:

  • You're a residential or small business customer
  • You are able to make monthly payments and payment in full within 120 days
