*A provisional license may be purchased for cats and dogs that are too young to be spayed or neutered. Each pet is limited to a single provisional license valid for one six-month period.
Altered license purchases require a proof of surgery.

Senior Citizen/Disabled Discount and Service Animals
A 50% discount on above fees is available for senior citizens (over 60) and disabled persons who have a Gold Card for Healthy Aging or FLASH card.
