Housing Developers
Seattle's affordable housing developers are critical to providing opportunities for people of all incomes to live in our city. From the nonprofit organizations that build deeply affordable housing to large private companies who participate in the City's incentive programs, there are many ways developers can contribute to affordable housing. In addition to the creation of new housing, the Office of Housing promotes the improvement and preservation of existing affordable housing, with programs including the HomeWise Weatherization Program for multifamily buildings and resource lists to support sustainable building practices.
