CTO Quarterly Determination Reports

Per the Surveillance Ordinance, the CTO is required by no later than 30 days following the last day of each quarter, submit to Council and the City Clerk a surveillance technology determination list that includes all technology from that quarter that was reviewed under the process established in subsection 14.18.020.B.1, along with supporting information to explain the justification for the items on the list. The ordinance also requires the CTO to publicly post the determination reports. Please find the CTO Quarterly Determination reports in the section below.

Equity Impact Assessment

The purpose of the Equity Impact Assessment is to provide analysis about whether the Surveillance Ordinance is meeting its goals and to provide recommendations about changes, adjustments or new approaches to meet its stated objectives.
