The fees below went into effect on Jan. 1, 2017.

Cat licenses

Gold/FLASH card discounts and service animals

A 50 percent discount on altered license fees is available for senior citizens (over 60 years) and people with disabilities who have a Gold Card for Healthy Aging or FLASH card. For information on licenses for service animals, contact petlicensing@seattle.gov or 206-386-4262.
