Criminal Trespassing
OVERVIEW
The City's Trespass Warning Program is an agreement among individual property owners, businesses, and Seattle Police Department to regulate Conditions of Entry on their property. This allows SPD to contact, warn, and / or arrest individuals on behalf of the property owners. Owners must post signs notifying the public about the Conditions of Entry as provided by SPD. Program participants must cooperate in the prosecution of those charged with violating these conditions. Violators must first be warned that their privilege to remain on the property is revoked before arrests can be made.

- Vacant residential or commercial property
We will also provide uniform agreements and a pdf copy of the Condition of Entry signage for property owners that will help ensure that arrests under this program lead to successful prosecution.

3 STEPS TO PARTICIPATE
Step One: Fill out an agreement form
Property owners should contact their police precincts to obtain a trespass authorization form via email. You can also direct all questions about this program to the following email addresses.
