Description:
This northwest native conifer has no serious disease or insect problems. Its blue-green needles are spirally arranged around the shoots. Its slender/small habit and layered side branches make it a great choice for smaller or rock gardens.

Great for smaller gardens or rock gardens.

Light brown, oval cones up to 3” long.

Preferred Site Conditions:
Full sun to partial shade. Prefers moist but well drained soil.

No serious pest problems.

  • 3 ½ feet back from the face of the curb
  • 5 feet from underground utility lines
  • 10 feet from power poles
  • 7 ½ feet from driveways (10 feet recommended)

  • 30 feet from street intersections
