Mobile Customer Service Center Request for Event Participation

The Mobile Customer Service Center (MCSC) can provide information and referrals to City and social services and help the public request services, resolve problems, voice opinions and submit compliments and suggestions to City of Seattle departments. The MCSC staff can also process bill payments for Seattle City Light, Seattle Public Utilities, Seattle Municipal Court and the Seattle Animal Shelter (no cash accepted).

The vehicle is a self-contained office on wheels. We can operate using the onboard generator power or connect to electric shore power (preferred) when available. The vehicle is 24'10" long and 9'8" high. Staff inside the vehicle provide service through an open service window (imagine a food truck). Customers are not allowed inside the vehicle.
