Meadowbrook Pool Schedule

Our Fall schedule is now in place. The main changes occurred with the early Deep Water Fitness classes on Mon/Wed/Fri. Those classes moved from 11:00 am back to 1:30 pm.

Lap Swim Schedule Notes

On Swim meet days lap swim will begin at 6:00pm and youth masters will be cancelled. Swim meet dates: September 16, 23, and 30; October 7 and 21; and December 2 and 9.

Hydrofit/Deep Water Exercise M/W/F 1:30 - 2:15 pm (Deep Water Workout using floatation belt.)
  T/W/TH 8 -8:45 pm (Excellent, high energy workout!)
Lap Swim M/W/F 5:30 -7:30 pm (3 lanes available from 6:30 - 7:30PM)
  Sat 5:30 -6:30 pm  
  Sat 7 -8:30 am  
Masters Workout M/W/F 6:30 -7:30 pm (3 lanes for youth/sharing with lap swimmers)
Public Swim M/F 7:30 -8:30 pm Mondays end September 26

Senior Water Exercise M/W/F 1:30 -2:15 pm (Deep water class)
  T/TH 11:15 am-12 pm (Shallow, low-impact with free time 11 - 11:15)
