The November 29, 2017 meeting was an opportunity to learn about the project and provide input on play equipment and the overall design for the play area. Thank you to everyone who attended the first community meeting and the 288 people who completed the online survey. See the survey results and meeting documents below.
The Lincoln Park South Play area is located near the south parking lot. This project will replace play equipment, improve accessibility, and enhance other features at the park. The play area will be upgraded to comply with current play area safety standards and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access.

Seattle Park District provides $600,000 for planning, design and construction.

Project Description
This improvement project is funded by the Seattle Park District. The play area renovation will update play equipment with play structures accessible to children of all ages and abilities. Additionally, accessibility improvements that meet the standards from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) will be made throughout the play area.
