Contractors
The City of Seattle’s Office of Housing Homewise programs provides weatherization and home-repair services for income-qualified households and apartment buildings with low-income tenants. Interested contractors are invited to review the information included in the PDF attachment below to determine if working with the program would be a good match for their experience and business interests.
Due to variables in the type and quantity of projects that are available, application and qualification with the HomeWise Program is no guarantee of bidding opportunities or the offer of work.
The City of Seattle works to ensure women- and minority-owned businesses (WMBE businesses) have opportunities to pursue public-contracting opportunities. Please visit this link to learn more about resources available through the City’s WMBE programs. For more information, please contact the HomeWise office at (206) 684-0244 or email us at HealthyHome@seattle.gov.
