Home Repair is a program of the Seattle Office of Housing that provides home repair services for income qualified households. Interested contractors are invited to review the information included here.
Typical work could include:
- Roofing/Gutters
- Electrical
- Windows/Doors
- Siding
- Plumbing
- Flooring
- Kitchen & Bath Remodel
- Heating & Cooling
- Decks/Hand-railings
- Concrete Work
- Foundation/Sidewalks
- Exterior Painting
- Side Sewer
- Tree Removal
If you are interested in being a contractor with the City of Seattle Office of Housing Rehab Program, you must fill out and provide the following listed information.
Note: Any current L&I violations or lawsuits against bond will disqualify you from being on the Office of Housing contractor list.
- Contractor Application
- Disbarment Form
- W-9
- Provide Current Insurance
- Provide State License
- Provide City of Seattle License
- Must be certified in lead with Renovation, Repair & Painting Certification
