Rental Housing Program

The Rental Housing Program funds the development of affordable rental housing in Seattle using local funds such as the Seattle Housing Levy, federal funds, and other fund sources. In 2018 over $75 million was awarded to build and preserve 1,400 affordable homes in neighborhoods accross Seattle to support low-income working individuals and families and people who are experiencing homelessness.
