Democracy Voucher Outreach Fund

We are currently accepting proposals for the 2027 Democracy Voucher Outreach Fund.The Democracy Voucher Program has budgeted a total of $300,000 to award to 501(c)(3) community-based organizations to conduct outreach to underserved communities in Seattle. Proposals are due on December 4, 2026.

Community organizations are asked to submit proposals that respond to one or more of the following:

• Provide general program education to Seattle residents and enrollment information to lawful permanent residents. 
• Remove barriers to the program by providing in-language program education and distributing translated program materials. 
• Inform residents on how to use and request Democracy Vouchers, including in their preferred languages.
