For the 2026 District 5 Special Election, vouchers will be sent out to District 5 residents only beginning March 16th.

The Seattle Ethics and Elections Commission (SEEC) administers the Democracy Voucher Program. As a nonpartisan and independent commission, the SEEC also administers and enforces the following codes for the City of Seattle.
