Valid complaints will be resolved in the form of written apology, reimbursement of charges or any other reasonable action necessary to settle the complaint.

When you call

If you call to file a parking lot or garage complaint, be as specific as possible about your experience. If possible provide:

  • Name or parking garage or lot.
  • Stall and ticket number.
