Meeting Agendas and Minutes

We are happy to make our meetings open to the public and we invite public comment at our Full Commission meetings. The Planning Commission meets on the second Thursday of the month from 3:00-5:30pm and on the fourth Thursday of the month from 7:30-9:00am. To receive our Full Commission agenda in advance of meetings, please sign up for email updates. To view agendas and meeting minutes from previous meetings, scroll down to the Minutes & Agendas library.

We welcome public comment at the beginning of our Full Commission meetings. Public comment must be able to be given in two minutes or less. Those wishing to offer public comment can do so in three different ways: in person in the Boards and Commissions room at City Hall, submitted in writing via email at least 8 hours before the meeting (vanessa.murdock@seattle.gov) or offered on our hybrid meeting platform MS Teams. If offering comment during the meeting via MS Teams, please ‘raise your’ hand in the MS Teams meeting to be recognized to speak during the public comment portion at the beginning of the agenda. If dialing in by phone to the meeting, please email vanessa.murdock@seattle.gov and indicate your name and the phone number you are calling from so you may be recognized to speak.

Our Housing and Neighborhoods committee meets on the first Thursday of the month from 7:30-9:00 am and our Land Use and Transportation committee meets on the third Thursday of the month from 7:30-9:00 am. Please contact Robin Magonegil (robin.magonegil@seattle.gov) to be added to the committee agenda distribution list. As needed, notices of canceled commission meetings are sent to the respective distribution lists.
