Track a Complaint

Beginning January 1, 2015 - If you've filed a complaint or are an employee involved in a complaint, you can track its status using your complaint number provided by OPA. The status will be updated at each stage of OPA's process. Read about what to expect after a complaint is filed here.

If you don't have your complaint number, you can call OPA at (206) 684-8797. OPA cannot provide complaint numbers or status updates to anyone who is not directly involved in a complaint.

It can take up to two weeks from the date OPA receives your complaint for its status to appear in the tracker.
